Our   salmon ham   is simply unmistakably tender and lean. Of course, salmon ham is not made from salmon fish. It is a cured and smoked pork cutlet. Unlike other types of ham, salmon ham does not have a prominent fat edge and therefore tastes much milder. 
Ingredients:
 100g were made from 112g pork, iodized nitrite curing salt (table salt, preservative: sodium nitrite, potassium iodate), dextrose, dry glucose syrup, sucrose, table salt, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, smoke
