Our grilled pork knuckle The meat from the straw-fed pig is of the highest quality and is already pre-cooked for uncomplicated and time-saving preparation. The aim is to achieve a golden, crispy rind. If the weather is not good and the grill has to stay cold, you can also prepare the pre-cooked pork knuckle in the oven without any problems. No matter which method you choose, the high quality of the meat promises the best pork knuckle enjoyment. Simply invite friends or family and prepare the pork knuckle together, that's the most fun and it always tastes best together.
Ingredients:
Knuckle of straw-fed pork Burgstädter Duroc 95%, iodized nitrite curing salt (table salt, preservative: sodium nitrite, potassium iodate), spices, herbs.

Preheat oven to 240 degrees Celsius
Unpack the pork knuckle and remove the cooking liquid
Pat the rind of the knuckle dry and make diamond-shaped cuts at a distance of approx. 7 mm (this is best done with a coarse-toothed knife)
Rub the rind with fine salt (only enough salt makes the rind really crispy)
grill in the oven for 50-60 minutes
The cooking liquid is perfect as a sauce base.
