The result: top-class Angus beef

In Saxony, noble Angus cattle grow on untouched, lush green pastures. The animals enjoy plenty of space in nature both in summer and winter and a natural diet that promotes the optimal development of these impressive cattle.

We completely avoid the use of antibiotics. Our calves grow up with their mothers. The milk from the mother cows is used exclusively to care for their calves before they can look after themselves after six to eight months.

The noble animals feel right at home in their Saxon homeland. The meat from the Duroc straw-fed pig has long been an insider tip among top chefs and amateur chefs. This provides the pigs with the best possible lying comfort and species-appropriate rooting and well-being conditions.
